Today is the first of the month. And since my memoir comes out on July 1st next year, that means I’m eight months away from my publication date!
It seems like a long time from now, but when I signed my contract back in March, my publication date was a good 15 months away.
But if seven months have passed this quickly, I know that July will be here before we know it.
