Podcast interview about Jews in China

October 16, 2012 By Susan Blumberg-Kason 2 Comments

Tonight I had the utmost pleasure to talk to Stuart Beaton about Jews in China on his fabulous author podcast site: http://rastous.podomatic.com/entry/2012-10-16T18_15_27-07_00.

As Stuart writes, “This interview ranges over why Jewish people came to China before the Second World War, and why they disappeared not long after, through Susan’s own experiences in Hong Kong and Hubei, and what she’s up to now in Chicago.”

I’ve been corresponding with Stuart for a year now, emailing back and forth about China, his superb guest blog posts, and food. So it was great fun to finally talk on the phone today–and such an honor.

I hope you enjoy this discussion!
