Spirit wear Tuesday

March 7, 2017 By Susan Blumberg-Kason Leave a Comment

After a whirlwind trip to New York last Friday, I acquired a new NYU sweatshirt. When my kids and I walked into the bookstore there, I made a beeline for the sweatshirts.

“But you already have one, mom,” one of my kids said.

“Well, it’s time for another. The one I have has a hood and sometimes you need one without.”

When the little ones professed their desire for a new sweatshirt, I shook my head and explained they’re still growing. I’m not.

Plus, they also have NYU t-shirts and I don’t. We’re so proud of big brother Jake and proud to wear clothes from NYU.

Midterms are this week at NYU, so good luck to all the students!
