Hong Kong Women in Publishing Society

This month I’m not featuring one author, but a group of writers who come from different backgrounds but have one place in common: Hong Kong. Some of us live there, others don’t, but we all have a thing for this dynamic city on the underbelly of mainland China.

Imprint is the Hong Kong Women in Publishing Society’s annual anthology. This year will mark the 15th anniversary of Imprint and the group’s 25th year.

This year’s Imprint is especially eye-opening. Part noir, part memoir, with poetry, travel essays, fine art, and other short stories, the pieces are set in Hong Kong and beyond. For information about purchasing this edition, check out the HKWiPS website here.
