My kids have been out of school a couple days this week due to dangerously low temperatures. So I broke out a bamboo steamer I bought for number one son in Hong Kong last fall. They’ve been enjoying steaming bao in the wok I rarely use.
It’s hard to believe that less than 3 months ago I was in warm and sunny Hong Kong, traipsing around Western with Tom and friends in search of this famous steamer shop. Sigh.
